As an experienced solo practitioner, I provide personalized, responsive and attentive services to meet your legal needs. You shouldn’t have to wait days or weeks for your attorney to return your calls or e-mails, or wonder which unknown attorney is working on your file from one week to the next. You also shouldn’t have to beg to speak with your attorney rather than his or her assistant.
As a solo, I personally handle all client communications, and respond promptly to client needs. You will not get that level of service with a discount bankruptcy processing “mill”.
Financial problems are stressful and scary. Your attorney should reduce your stresses and fears–not add to them. If you select a bankruptcy attorney based on price alone, you will get what you pay for and nothing more. I do not compete on price, because I am not willing to sacrifice my desire and ability to provide the highest level of client service.
Bankruptcy is a complex process which, if done incorrectly, could be devastating and put you in a much worse position than you may be in now, both financially and emotionally.
