Bankruptcy
I represent individual debtors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 proceedings, where I help them obtain a “fresh start” under the Bankruptcy Code. This enables my clients to discharge certain debts, retain their homes, vehicles and other property in most cases, and begin working on rebuilding their credit.
As a solo, I personally handle all client communications, and respond promptly to client needs. You will not get that level of service with a discount bankruptcy processing “mill”.
Financial problems are stressful and scary. Your attorney should reduce your stresses and fears–not add to them. If you select a bankruptcy attorney based on price alone, you will get what you pay for and nothing more. I do not compete on price, because I am not willing to sacrifice my desire and ability to provide the highest level of client service.
Bankruptcy is a complex process which, if done incorrectly, could be devastating and put you in a much worse position than you may be in now, both financially and emotionally. If done correctly, bankruptcy can take the weight of the world off your shoulders and allow you to start fresh with your finances and life. Your attorney selection in this process is a decision that should not be made lightly.
Bankruptcy practice requires a unique set of skills. It requires litigation skills in conducting examinations of witnesses, reviewing documents, legal research and writing, oral advocacy, and a mastery of federal court rules, state and federal exemption laws, federal bankruptcy statutes and case law, and knowledge of bankruptcy court procedural rules. In my bankruptcy practice, I have the skills and experience to provide you personal, dedicated and effective representation, and I aggressively represent my clients to achieve their goals.
